Connected Across Markets. Coordinated Through One Partner.
From our origin hub in China we move cargo to Jordan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the United States — freight, customs clearance, warehousing and consolidation under one accountable team. Other destinations are quoted on request. MASA's own offices are in Amman, Aqaba and China; everywhere else the local work is done by an agent we select for that lane. The agent is contracted to MASA, not to you, so you deal with one coordinator throughout.

Corridors
Corridors, Not One-Off Bookings.
A corridor is a route we run on repeat. The cargo changes; the handling does not. Loading leaves China every week, by sea and by air, and each stage on the way is done the same way each time — receiving and checking at our own warehouse, export clearance by our own China team, booking, documents, then destination handling.
That is the difference between a lane and a booking. On a one-off booking every shipment starts from zero: a new carrier, a new agent, a fresh set of assumptions about which documents the destination will accept. On a lane we already run, the requirements are established before your cargo is collected, and we confirm them for each shipment. One MASA coordinator carries the file from origin through to delivery.
The map below shows where those corridors reach. China is the origin hub for door-to-door DDP and our busiest consolidation lane, but it is not the only origin we ship from: LCL consolidates from origins worldwide at MASA's own warehouse facilities. Destinations beyond the four DDP markets are quoted on request. Tell us the supplier's city and the delivery address and we confirm which corridor applies.
Map points represent logistics connectivity and service coverage coordinated by MASA Logistics — not physical office locations. MASA's own offices are in Amman, Aqaba and China. Elsewhere, a point means we can coordinate cargo through that market and stay accountable for it, with the local work done by an agent we select for that lane and instruct ourselves. We draw the distinction so coverage is not read as physical presence.

How We Cover Markets We Do Not Operate In.
Beyond our own offices in Amman, Aqaba and China, cargo moves through partner agents. Here is how we choose them and who stays responsible for your shipment. An agent is selected for a specific lane rather than pulled from an open list, and it works to our instructions. Your documents are checked by our team before that agent acts on them. The agent is contracted to MASA, not to you, and MASA remains your counterparty.
Who You Call, and Who Holds the File
An agent is always involved at the far end. What matters is who instructs that agent, and who is accountable to you. We are a freight forwarder, not a booking intermediary — the agent is contracted to us, not to you.
You call your MASA coordinator. When a schedule moves or a document is queried, it comes back to you through that coordinator, with what changed and what it means for the shipment. Updates reach you from the coordinator who holds the file. Sailing dates, port working and customs decisions are made by carriers and authorities, not by us. What we do is route them back to you through that single point of contact.
Destination Side
The Same Contract in Every Market.
Jordan is the market we work ourselves. The head office is in Amman, where air consignments and inland movements are coordinated, and our operations team works at Aqaba. Import clearance in Jordan is filed by our own people, and export clearance in China is handled by our own China team, so both ends of the same file are prepared inside one company. The stage-by-stage durations for the China–Jordan lane are published on our door-to-door DDP page.
The UAE, Saudi Arabia and the United States are full door-to-door DDP markets on the same weekly loading cycle out of China, and other destinations are available on request. What changes from one market to the next is not the contract — it is who physically executes at the far end. There, an agent selected for that lane does the local work under our instructions, and MASA remains your counterparty throughout.
Our own offices are in Amman, Aqaba and China. Transit times are published for the China–Jordan lane only; schedules for the other lanes are confirmed per shipment when you request a quote. That is deliberate. Timing on those lanes depends on the carrier's rotation, the routing and any transhipment, and on clearance at the far end, which the destination authority decides and we do not control. Give us the origin, the destination address and the cargo details and we confirm the schedule for that shipment.
Frequently Asked Questions.
Do you have your own offices in every market?
No. MASA's own offices are in Amman, Aqaba and China. In other markets the local work is done by an agent we select for that lane, working under our instructions, and MASA remains your counterparty. The points on our map show service coverage, not offices.
Who do I deal with when a partner agent is handling my cargo?
Your MASA coordinator. The agent is contracted to us, not to you, and your documents are checked by our team before that agent acts on them. Schedule changes and document queries come back to you through the same coordinator who has held the file from the start.
Which countries does MASA ship to and from?
Door-to-door DDP runs from China to Jordan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the United States, on a weekly loading cycle, by sea and by air. Other destinations are quoted on request. Freight is not limited to China: LCL consolidates from origins worldwide at MASA's own warehouse facilities. Tell us the supplier's city and the delivery address and we confirm what runs on that corridor.
How do you choose the partner agent that handles my cargo abroad?
Per lane, not from an open list. We select an agent for a specific route, and it works to our instructions and is contracted to MASA, not to you. Your documents are checked by our team before that agent acts on them, so the paperwork filed at the far end has been read by us first. If a document is queried, it comes back to you through your MASA coordinator, not from the agent.
Why are transit times published only for the China–Jordan lane?
The China–Jordan lane runs on repeat, and its stage-by-stage durations are published on our door-to-door DDP page. On the other corridors the timing depends on the carrier's rotation, the routing and any transhipment, and on clearance at destination, which the local authority decides and we do not control. For those lanes we confirm the schedule per shipment, at the time we quote.
Who files customs clearance in a market where MASA has no office?
A local broker or agent that we appoint and instruct for that lane. In Jordan our own team files the import entry, and in China our own team files export clearance, so both ends of a China–Jordan file are prepared inside one company. Elsewhere the filing is local, but the documents are prepared and checked by MASA first and the entry is submitted on our instructions. What the customs authority then decides is outside our control.

Ship Through One Coordinated Network.
One accountable partner coordinating your cargo from origin to destination. Send us the origin, the delivery address and what you are shipping — cargo type, weight and volume — and we come back with the route and what it needs. If the destination is outside the four DDP markets, we quote it on request.
