Privacy Policy

Your Privacy Matters to Us.

This policy explains what information MASA Logistics collects, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Last updated: 2026. This policy applies to the MASA Logistics website and to information shared with us in the course of providing logistics services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and any details you include when requesting a quotation, contacting us, or applying for a role. We may also collect basic technical information (such as browser type) when you use our website.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Prepare quotations and respond to enquiries;
  • Arrange, coordinate and follow up on shipping, customs clearance and warehousing;
  • Communicate with you about your shipments and our services;
  • Review and process job applications;
  • Meet legal, customs and regulatory obligations.

Shipping and Operational Data

To move your cargo, we process operational data such as origin and destination, cargo description, weight and volume, shipping marks, customer codes and related documentation. This data is used to book freight, clear customs, consolidate and load cargo, and complete delivery.

Job Application Data

If you apply for a position, we use the details and CV you submit solely to evaluate your application and to contact you about current or future opportunities. We do not use application data for unrelated purposes.

Sharing With Operational Partners

We share information only when needed to execute your service — for example with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, trucking providers, customs authorities and brokers, and warehouse partners. Information is shared strictly for the purpose of shipping, customs clearance, warehousing or service execution, and only to the extent required. MASA Logistics may coordinate shipments through logistics and warehouse partners in origin markets, including China.

Advertising and Conversion Measurement

Our website uses the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure which advertising campaigns lead to quotation requests. Google may set cookies for this purpose, and when a quote form is submitted, a one-way hashed (unreadable) version of the email address entered may be shared with Google to improve conversion measurement. We never share your cargo details, messages or documents with Google, and this data is not used by us to identify you. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google processes this data; you can control ad personalization in your Google account settings.

Lead attribution: when you submit a form, the enquiry email to us also records how you reached the site — campaign parameters and ad-click identifiers (UTM, gclid, fbclid) carried by the link you arrived from, plus the page and language you used. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage so the site opens in it next time.

Data Protection

We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the information in our care against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and operational requirements.
