Project Cargo & Heavy Lift Logistics
Specialist logistics for oversized, overweight, and complex cargo shipments — industrial plant equipment, power generation units, modular structures, and heavy machinery requiring engineered transport solutions.
What We Handle
- Oversized cargo: loads exceeding standard container dimensions
- Overweight cargo: loads exceeding standard weight limits
- Industrial equipment: generators, compressors, pressure vessels, transformers
- Oil & gas components, power station equipment, water treatment plant modules
- Modular structures, prefabricated buildings, process skids
- Flat-rack, open-top, and out-of-gauge container arrangements
- Heavy-lift vessel chartering and low-loader road transport
How It Works
- 1Scope Review: Share your cargo specifications — dimensions, weight, origin, destination, and any site access constraints. We conduct a full transport engineering review.
- 2Route Survey: For complex moves, we survey the delivery route for clearances, bridge weight limits, and access restrictions before committing to a solution.
- 3Equipment Selection: We select the right vessel type (heavy-lift, semi-sub, flat-rack) and road transport (low-loader, modular trailer) for your specific cargo.
- 4Permits & Authorisations: All exceptional transport permits, police escorts, and utility clearances (for overhead lines, bridges) are arranged.
- 5Transport Execution: Cargo is moved with experienced heavy-lift crews and specialist equipment, with progress reporting at each milestone.
- 6Site Delivery: Final positioning at your facility, with crane lifts or skidding services if required.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum cargo weight or size you can handle?
There is no fixed maximum — project cargo is case-by-case. We have access to heavy-lift vessels and road transport capable of handling loads of several hundred tonnes. Provide your cargo specifications and we will assess feasibility.
Which ports in Jordan do you use for project cargo?
Aqaba Port is Jordan’s primary commercial port and handles most project cargo. We work closely with Aqaba port operators for berth booking, crane arrangements, and port clearance.
Do you provide marine insurance for project shipments?
Yes. We arrange cargo insurance on an all-risk or named-peril basis for project cargo. Given the high values and complexity involved, insurance is strongly recommended and we can facilitate this as part of the service.
Can you handle cargo from multiple origins?
Yes. We can coordinate project cargo arriving from multiple countries — China, Europe, UAE — and consolidate or sequence deliveries to meet your installation schedule.
How far in advance should I contact you for project cargo?
For significant project cargo movements, we recommend contacting us at least 6–8 weeks before the required sailing or transport date to allow for engineering review, permit applications, and vessel/equipment booking.
