How many suppliers can you consolidate in one shipment?
There is no fixed limit. We regularly consolidate deliveries from 3–15 different suppliers into a single export shipment. The more suppliers you have, the more you save on freight versus sending separate shipments.
Do you offer quality control (QC) inspection?
We offer basic visual inspection — checking quantities, packaging condition, and obvious defects. We do not offer detailed product quality control or testing. For comprehensive QC, we can recommend specialist third-party inspection firms operating in the Pearl River Delta.
How long can my cargo be stored in your warehouse?
Standard free storage is up to 14 days from the first delivery. Storage beyond 14 days can be arranged for a fee. We advise on timing to minimise storage duration.
What cities do your suppliers need to be in for warehouse delivery?
Suppliers in Guangzhou, Foshan, Nanhai, Dongguan, Shenzhen, and the wider Pearl River Delta region can deliver directly to our warehouse. For suppliers in Yiwu or other cities, we can arrange domestic trucking to collect from them at additional cost.
